At Olavita Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused skincare products back into their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
